In February 2014, the ambitious second phase of our Battersea Power Station restoration journey kicked off. This monumental endeavour, with an estimated cost of approximately £1.1 billion, brought forth a breath-taking transformation that culminated in the creation of 254 exquisite apartments nestled within and atop the iconic power station.
These luxurious residences are elegantly distributed across three distinct sections, each offering a unique living experience:
- Switch House East:
- Offers residents a prestigious address with access to all the amenities and delights the power station has to offer.
- Switch House West:
- Provides a refined and exclusive living environment, combining historical charm with modern luxury.
- Boiler House Square:
